Go to the home page and click "Start Session" 2. Sign in with GitHub or GitLab 3. Share the 6-digit session code with your team 4. Set the estimation topic (e.g., "Implement login feature") 5. Wait for all players to vote 6. Click "Reveal Cards" to show results 7. Discuss the estimates with your team 8. Start a new round for the next topic ### For Players 1. Go to the home page 2. Enter the 6-digit session code and your name 3. Click "Join" to join the session 4. Read the topic set by the moderator 5. Choose a card that matches your estimate 6. Wait for the moderator to reveal the cards 7. See the results and discuss with your team 8.
